VERA is a classic silhouette based on my V-Knot but with slimmer ankle straps & closed with a buckle*. The V cut in the vamp matched with the almond/pointed toe elevates any look, and the ankle straps give it a modern 1940s silhouette... with a bit of "va va voom"! 

As ever, entirely handcrafted. Features:

  • 6cm Cuban block heel, carved in wood and wrapped in matching leather
  • Pointy/almond toe

This style is available in the New Chestnut - a lovely brown with reddish undertones and can also be made in any of my other in-house colors: Dark Red, Sienna, & Black.

*All new production of this style will feature buckle closure (unlike the button shown in the photo) - buckles allow for size variation from person to person.

What to expect from Artisanal shoes

Artisanal shoes are special. They weave a bit of the maker's soul into every step of the process. Mostly you'll notice they feel different. The leathers are soft and I took great care to focus on comfort (and achieved it). You may sometimes notice slight variations on the leather — which add to the beauty of working with a natural product — as well as nuances which can occasionally be present due to the fact that they are truly hand-crafted.
