Policy for Handmade Footwear and Accessories
Made-to-Order & Ready-to-Wear: I understand that fit can vary from person to person, so if your shoes don't fit you may return them within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition in order to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. Please try the shoes on a rug or carpeted floors to ensure soles remain intact. Additionally, kindly consider that each pair is entirely handmade and many hours go into the process of each shoe, please do not order multiples simply to try them on. Bespoke: Please note, due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of the footwear and accessories, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Policy for Supply Shop
After receiving your order, please inspect the items thoroughly. Should you experience any flaws caused by shipping, or the product is not the one you’ve ordered, please get in touch within 7 days. Item(s) must be in unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Order cancellation once the package has been shipped is not possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy for Pre-Sale items
Please note that pre-sale/pre-order items are purchased from the manufacturer based on the client's request. Therefore, they are not eligible for a cancellation, return, nor refund.
For in-stock items: Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. You will receive the tracking number once the package is on its way to you.
For pre-sale items: Please note that pre-sale items are subject to the manufacturer's turnaround times. Once the items are received at Atelier D'Incecco, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order to be shipped.
For handcrafted footwear: Handcrafted shoes and accessories are shipped in the order they are completed. Turnaround times vary depending on the product but are generally 4-6 weeks. Please see each specific product listing for details.
Atelier D’Incecco is not responsible for any import charges or customs fees your package may incur. Furthermore, Atelier D’Incecco cannot take responsibility for postal damages, delays or lost packages outside of the United States.
