Returns & Exchanges

Policy for Handmade Footwear and Accessories

Made-to-Order, Made-to-Measure, and Bespoke: Please note, due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of the footwear and accessories, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

Ready-to-Wear: If the shoes don't fit, you may return them within 7 days. All items must be in perfect, unused, unworn condition in order to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Return Policy for Supply Shop

After receiving your order, please inspect the items thoroughly. Should you experience any flaws caused by shipping, or the product is not the one you’ve ordered, please get in touch within 7 days. Item(s) must be in unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Order cancellation once the package has been shipped is not possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for Pre-Sale items 

Please note that pre-sale/pre-order items are purchased from the manufacturer based on the client's request. Therefore, they are not eligible for a  cancellation, return, nor refund. 


For In-Stock Items: Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. You will receive the tracking number once the package is on its way to you. 

For Pre-Sale Items: Please note that Pre-Sale items are subject to the manufacturer's turnaround times. Once the items are received at Atelier D'Incecco, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order to be shipped.

Vicky D’Incecco is not responsible for any import charges or customs fees your package may incur. Furthermore, Vicky D’Incecco cannot take responsibility for postal damages, delays or lost packages outside of the United States.
